Y mae ysgolion gwledig anghysbell yn brin o bob dim, o ystafelloedd dosbarth, d\u0175r a thai bach i athrawon a llyfrau. Yn aml mae\u2019r plant yn rhy llwglyd neu s\u00e2l i astudio a braidd y gall rhieni fforddio\u2019r ffioedd.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4>Mae MfM yn gobeithio dod \u00e2 gobaith a ffyniant i blant anghofiedig Madagascar drwy raglen integreiddedig ar gyfer ysgolion cynradd gwledig. Y mae degawdau o dan-fuddsoddiad a waethygwyd gan ansefydlogrwydd gwleidyddol diweddar wedi gadael y wlad yn analluog i ddarparu\u2019r addysg fwyaf sylfaenol hyd yn oed. Gydag aelwydydd yn dod yn dlotach (mae 80% o\u2019r boblogaeth yn byw ar lai na $1 y diwrnod) a bwyd yn dod yn ganran gynyddol o\u2019u gwariant, mae cofrestru ar gyfer ysgol wedi gostwng yn arwyddocaol, gan syrthio i cyn ised \u00e2 55% mewn rhai ardaloedd. O bob 100 sy\u2019n cychwyn mewn ysgol gynradd dim ond 33 sy\u2019n cyrraedd ysgol uwchradd.<\/h3>\n<h3>Mae ymchwil yn dangos hyd yn ped gydag isadeiledd yn ei le, y pum prif rhwystr sy\u2019n atal myfyrwyr Malagasi rhag llwyddo yn yr ysgol yw:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Absenoldeb o\u2019r ysgol oherwydd salwch;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Methu talu ffioedd ysgol;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Dysgu gwael gan athrawon heb sgiliau a heb ysgogiad;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Diffyg deunyddiau ac adnoddau dysgu;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Newyn a\u2019r anallu i fedru canolbwyntio a dysgu ddaw yn sgil hynny.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Pwy mae Ed4life yn eu helpu? <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h3>Mae Ed4life yn helpu plant mewn cymunedau cefn gwlad anghysbell iddynt gael mynediad at addysg sy\u2019n medru newid eu bywydau.<\/h3>\n<h3>Bob blwyddyn, mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 Sefydliad Adsum, rydym ni\u2019n bwriadu cychwyn derbyniad newydd o 10 ysgol. Bydd pob Cam o raglen \u2018Education for Life\u2019 MfM yn cefnogi ar gyfartaledd:<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2,000 o blant,<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">50 athro,<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1,500 o rieni.<\/h3>\n<h3>Mae gan MfM oddeutu 4 Cam yn rhedeg ar unrhyw un adeg, sy\u2019n elwa 14,200 o bobl yn uniongyrchol.<\/h3>\n<h3>Mae\u2019r ysgolion wedi\u2019u lleoli\u2019n glystyrau yn ardaloedd Itasy, Miarinarivo ac Analamanga gan mwyaf, gyda rhai ysgolion ychwanegol sy\u2019n cael eu cefnogi yn y dwyrain, y gorllewin a\u2019r de. Yna, darperir y rhaglen integreiddedig ganlynol i gryfhau iechyd a dysgu i bawb yn yr ysgol:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Hyfforddir athrawon mewn dulliau pedagogaidd sylfaenol;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Sefydlir llyfrgell ysgol ag adnoddau ymhob ysgol \u2013 gan gynnwys gwerslyfrau a chynorthwyon dysgu;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Sefydlir gardd gegin ymhob ysgol er mwyn darparu bwyd maethlon ar gyfer ffreuturau ysgol newydd;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Sefydlir ffreutur ymhob ysgol sy\u2019n cynnig bwyd maethlon i\u2019r disgyblion;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Hyfforddir myfyrwyr, rhieni ac athrawon mewn dulliau cynhyrchu bwyd organig fel buddsoddiad hirdymor o ran maeth a ffynhonnell bosibl o incwm ychwanegol;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Sefydlir unedau compostio mwydod ymhob ysgol er mwyn gwella ansawdd y pridd a darparu modd o gynhyrchu incwm i\u2019r ysgol;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Darperir cyfleoedd hyfforddi ar gyfer rhieni i\u2019w dysgu i helpu wynebu her talu am gostau ysgol;<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Darperir gwell cyfleusterau carthffosiaeth a hyfforddiant hylendid da er mwyn osgoi absenoldeb oherwydd salwch gastro-berfeddol.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Lle bo\u2019n briodol, darperir citiau solar a chyfleusterau dysgu clyweledol.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Caiff y rhaglen ei rhedeg gan MfM mewn partneriaeth gyda staff, rhieni a myfyrwyr yr ysgolion, gyda chefnogaeth lawn awdurdodau lleol a rhanbarthol ac asiantaethau eraill.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Beth yw manteision Ed4llife?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h3>Dylai cymunedau sy\u2019n rhan o\u2019r rhaglen gael mantais o fodolaeth yr ysgolion lleol sy\u2019n medru darparu amgylchedd dysgu diogel a gl\u00e2n, ble gall plant y pentref gael mynediad at addysg dda gan athrawon hyfforddedig a brwd. Mae cwricwlwm gwell ynghyd ag arferion addysgu ac adnoddau addysgiadol gwell yn galluogi ysgolion i greu plant sydd wedi\u2019u haddysgu\u2019n well, plant sy\u2019n medru parhau at addysg bellach a hyfforddiant \u2013 yn y pen draw, gallant ddewis i fwydo a chynnal eu hunain naill ai drwy arferion amaethyddol cynaliadwy neu drwy gael cyflogaeth arall y tu hwnt i\u2019w cymuned.<\/h3>\n<h3>Mae pob ysgol yn derbyn cefnogaeth am 3-4 o flynyddoedd.
