RECOGNITION OF OUR WORK FROM SIR DAVID ATTENBOROUGH AFTER VISITING MITSINJO
“Congratulations MfM on all you have done to help protect Madagascar’s marvellous forests and the many species that live there. Madagascar is the home of a multitude of marvellous creatures that live only there. They urgently need all the help and protection we can give them.”
David Attenborough 23.12.16
MfM Tree-Twinning ambition:
Money for Madagascar is aiming to:
-
-
mitigate for climate change
-
support vulnerable communities
-
prevent flooding
-
preserve biodiversity
-
by raising funds to plant a million trees in Madagascar over the next decade.
How we aim to achieve this:
We will do this through:
-
-
creating and engaging with a local and international tree planting community
-
having fun and
-
making a difference through tree planting with the funds we raise.
-
There will be exciting opportunities for individuals, families, schools, workplaces, communities and businesses to get involved in the months to come.
Please join us, and sign up to be informed as the project develops by contacting: project-officer@moneyformadagascar.org to register your interest, get regular updates and find out about how you can get involved.
