Head of Operations

£33,000/yr – £34,000/yr Hybrid &

The Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient functioning of all operational aspects of our charity. This new leadership position requires a strategic thinker and skilled manager who can ensure seamless coordination across departments, drive process improvement, and contribute to the overall success of our mission. Although this is not a role with direct reports, the role will see the need for someone with strong leadership skills which enable them to work closely with and provide guidance to several heads of departments.

Head of Fundraising 

£43,000/yr – £44,000/yr Remote & Full or

The Head of Fundraising is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies that drive the financial growth and sustainability of our charity. This position requires a dynamic and strategic individual who can lead fundraising efforts, build donor relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our mission. 

An expert in resource mobilization, the Head of Fundraising will have a solid understanding of the resources, mechanisms and partners to be considered in writing bids and budget narratives, enabling the organisation to deliver on fundraising ambitions. The ideal candidate will ensure the organisation delivers on strategic objectives by raising over £1.2m in year 1 and £1.5m in year 2, working within a small team of two others achieve this.

Office Manager

The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating the success of our charitable organization by providing support across various functions, from donor engagement and event coordination to community outreach and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive and compassionate individual with strong communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact on our mission. At the heart of the charity’s engine, they will assist smooth running and growth of the charity through strong organisational skills and positive can-do approach. In this varied role they will enjoy being out and about engaging with the public as well as focussed desk-time completing core finance-admin functions in a timely way.
