Strong in cocoa content, this 75% dark chocolate has a gentle, buttery melt that releases mild yet pleasantly lasting notes of pure Madagascan cocoa.
INGREDIENTS: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa nibs 4%, baobab powder 2%, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sea salt <1%. Minimum cocoa solids: 65%. May contain traces of tree nuts and milk.
1x 75% Dark Chocolate:
Rich 65% dark chocolate is infused with the superfood zing of African baobab powder and topped with a sprinkling of salted cocoa nibs to create a savoury crunch that gives way to natural notes of red fruit.
INGREDIENTS: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin). Minimum cocoa solids: 75%. May contain traces of tree nuts and milk.
1x Cashew Ginger Spice:
This bold 75% cocoa bar is ground with roasted cashews, creating a creamy dark chocolate that is jewelled with chewy ginger pastilles to impart a sweet, peppery finish.
INGREDIENTS: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cashew nuts 6%, ginger pastilles 5% (ginger, sugar, apple pectin, citric acid), cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanilla, sea salt. Minimum cocoa solids: 75%. May contain traces of tree nuts and milk.
