Recently, we have learned about some people who have chosen us as the recipient for their fundraising challenges.

Mary Edwards is walking the Gritstone Trail around the hills of Cheshire. It’s a walk of 56km and she will be sometimes joined by family and friends, sometimes on her own. Mary is also walking to mark the 5th anniversary of the death of her stepmother Aude Leonetti. The village of St. Donats in Wales are holding a village fundraiser on Sunday 19th September and have decided to donate all proceeds to Money for Madagascar.

And we learned that The Dainty Pizza, a pizzeria in Chamonix, France have chosen to donate proceeds from the sales of this week’s limited edition pizza towards our famine appeal.
